How to Manually Transfer a License


  • On the machine where the license was originally installed, please navigate to the CVISTA Monitor.
  • The CVISTA Monitor can be located under the License tab in the Trapeze product.
  • Take a screenshot of the CVISTA Monitor window and email it to Support@SoftWorksAI.com.
  • We will then create a cancellation license for that machine with further instructions.
