If I Have No Access to the Original Machine with the Software Installed, How Do I Manually Transfer My License?


  • When previous licenses are not cancelled properly, a transfer form must be submitted with a request for a new license.
  • Fill out the attached transfer form in full and email it to Support@SoftWorksAI.com.
  •  Please also include your original order number.
  • Please note: For users not on maintenance, the first transfer is free and all additional transfers are subjected to a $25 processing fee.
